Kann man den noch anmachen? ### 3/5 — Good App but missing key feature *2025-04-04* This is a wonderful app I am not complaining at all and much cheaper than others. This would be the perfect app and I do mean perfect if it had a couple of extra features. The main one being the ability to do a 12 lead and print it on the screen with the rhythm on tracing paper for students to identify. With that in mind having the ability to pick which STEMI or have multiple STEMI configurations at once would be a game changer. The last feature would be to have a screen that looked more like a zoll, lifespak, or Phillips monitor. Lo he comprado hoy, y no puedo usar dos dispositivos, solo puedo hacer los cambios, controlarlo, desde el que lo compré, no parece estar ligado a la cuenta. Además, apago el ABP i continua funcionando en la pamtalla del monitor…. Por último, en Defiv. Rhythim, pese a seleccionar un ritmo, no hay ningún cambio en la pantalla del monitor. I use it for teaching RNs, MDs, and Paramedics…my only problem is I would like a Bluetooth connection and not have to depend on WiFi. ### 3/5 — nice but…. *2023-12-14, version 1.3.8* Nice but: some issues that would make a much better monitor: * NIBP shown BIG when no invasive line placed * NIBP volume: when you wanna hear spo2 tone, and you get enough volume for that, if you ask a NIBP value the sound of the cuff is overwhelming * setting automatic NIBP measurement by time is much more realistic * low perfusion spO2 has no variability and no single simulator gets that there ain’t any perfusion * alert sounds sometimes are not working apart for those problems which would be so nice to see fixed, the monitor is better than other on the market ! ### 4/5 — Pago *2023-12-11, version 1.3.8* He pagado el premium para el uso del desfib pero no me deja usarlo. ### 4/5 — Crashing *2023-09-08* Great app. Lately the hosting app wants to crash in the middle of a simulation. Leider passiert es immer wieder das wenn man im Controller Werte verändert und aktualisiert die App abstürzt. Für die interessanten Funktionen muss man das Programm kaufen. Hab ich gemacht. Hat leider nichts geholfen, der Button zum kaufen verschwindet nicht, die Zusatzfunktionen werden nicht aktiviert. Also zurück zum App Store, und auf App Support gedrückt. Es öffnet sich eine Webseite, die leider auch Blödsinn ist, die liefert nämlich keinerlei Support, dafür steht sie zum Verkauf. No CVP, no pulmonary artery pressure or Intracranial Pressure! No way to simulate the artifact of CPR! The pitch only lowers to A certain point. When you have a severe profound desaturation to something like 33% we need much more of a pitch decrease. I could not find a way to do automatic interval blood pressure measurements. It’s a minor issue - this app is so good!! ### 5/5 — Great low cost monitor for increasing simulation fidelity *2025-03-29* This app has been a game changer for the associate degree nursing simulations I run. The app allows me to increase the fidelity of my simulations by providing a realist vitals sign monitor for simulations that use low fidelity manikins or actors as the patient. I am easily able to set up a sim on my phone and then have students use my iPad to obtain vitals. The app also includes a defibrillator and pacing function that I use for our ACLS simulations. My only request would be for an option to turn off the ekg beep tone. ### 5/5 — best monitor app *2024-09-06* This app has montage such as Trumanitor and Medical Rescue sim, but it is relatively inexpensive and requires ACLS training, but it is very beneficial if the cost of a mannequin or a training defibrillator is burdensome. However, in my case, it is regrettable that even if the sound is turned up or down in the app, it does not print out. Other than that, it is the best app for price performance I can't hear anything, so I feel like I'm deaf ### 5/5 — Great for simulations *2024-03-28* I got this to use with my PT students for hospital and ICU simulations. It works great to look like a monitor and adjust vitals as the treatments progresses. Alarms and rhythms are great too.
