I don’t know if it’s a glitch or something, but it makes the app useless. Sincerely,Barthaulomule ### 2/5 — My easy to use *2023-05-27* We inherited a 4 string banjo and needed a simpler tuner. We bought the upgrade no problem. I had the ones we were looking for, but the tuner is not so simple to use or see AND the tune by ear doesn’t work. There is NO sound. Seriously what the heck. Would not recommend. Now, on my IPhone 11, it crashes as soon as I touch the microphone. I’ve gone into my settings to make sure the microphone was on and it was. Please checkout recent update - app version 2.0. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t work after upgrade. *2019-10-10, version 1.5* I used this app in the free form for several months without any issues and recently bought a second banjo that is tuned in a different key. So, I bought the full app and it seems to work just fine after several minor bugs such as not being responsive when a string was plucked. When yo go to your web site it takes you to the uke tuner? Cmon man. Life to short .. your passing on problems to those who want to buy. BUT it locked up on my iPad after an hour. I delete it and reloaded; it still didn’t work. So I invested 1.99 in the ad free version, because it really is a nice app. After I paid, it never gave me the option to set a password and it still will not let me press the microphone button, so no fine tuning is available.
