Sometimes people forget to print because they put their phone number first… and instantly submit. Possibly maybe add an option “Send and Print” or an option to automatically print. I see this was updated recently, but all of the training materials I’m seeing only reference HALO. The last time I used it was about a year ago for a Mother’s Day luncheon at our church. Everyone loved it. This year, I noticed it was renamed to SB classic and the company switched to a subscription model for a newer version. When I set it up to use it this year, it was constantly freezing. Almost every other time it was used. I have this running on an iPad mini 4 which never had issues in the past. Maybe the devs are just neglecting it and now it’s riddled with bugs or they’re trying to push people to the newer version so they make more money. I’m not going to spend more for something we setup only once in awhile as a free to use thing. I’ll probably switch to a similar app on Android that’s a 10th of the original cost and seems to be a good alternative. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — 2024 Features Don’t Work *2024-02-25, version 6.2.7* App functionality does not work properly. Attendees of events are not receiving their photos and uploads constantly don’t save to the gallery. Also unable to create and switch galleries have to use the same one for all events. ### 1/5 — Rip off *2023-06-26, version 6.0.9* Don’t get. All kinds of printer problems. No more “actual” auto print. After clients hit print it goes to a full screen camera mode and gets stuck. No amount of touching the screen does anything. The app has to be force quit to get it working again. Clients photos are also not being saved to the camera roll even though that setting is turned on. App needs major update. It’s very sluggish. Almost unusable. FIX THIS ASAP! Very disappointed in how this app keeps having problems. At the end of the night I had no pictures.... the save pictures button was no longer checked off. Why would saving pictures not be automatic?! I can print with it via AirPrint on my iPad without issue. However, when you choose the printer from the list in the SB Setup it does not stick. If I run a session at the end when you hit print it lists the printer and it prints without issue. However, I do not want my users having to choose a printer every time after each session. The printer should stick via setup. Would highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Simple Booth *2019-05-19, version 5.13* I had the Event Edition and still like it the best. I got a new IPad Pro 12.5 and I put Simple Both Classic on it. I just did an even that we do each year for school and my new IPad Pro kept disconnecting from the printer (Canon Selphy) and not staying on the network. I was so frustrated almost packed up and went home. Switched over to my old IPad 9.5 with Even Edition and it worked like a charm. No disconnect and printed all the time. The Event Edition worked better than the new edition.
