## What is Simple Calendar?

SimpleCal is the easiest calendar app on the App Store.
Sync your schedule across platforms and devices through iCloud or Google calendar.

- Sync
All the events on your current calendar are transferable from another calendars via iCloud or Google calendar.
(The connection uses the calendar account registered in the Settings app)

- Widget
Your recent events can be displayed on a widget to grasp what to do quickly.

- Weather
The weather forecast for the specified area is displayed on the calendar(up to one week ahead)

- Reminders
You won't miss your important events via SimpleCal's reminder.
The reminders can be repeated daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

- Customizable interface
Each event and calendar can have different colors, which makes you easily recognize your schedule.
The color theme is also customizable. You can find your favorite theme for sure.

- Simple design
You can add or edit an event only with a few steps.
Do you have some routine in your life? Then, try SimpleCal! You can create a new event just by dragging a past event.

- Dark Mode
Supports dark mode.

- Data Backup
Saves event data to an external server such as iCloud Calendar or Google Calendar.
(The app does not have its own calendar and does not save to the device's local area.)
In the unlikely event that your iPhone is damaged, you can simply log in to your original calendar account to load your previous event data.

I rely on my calendar and I used to love this app for years. Twice in the past month it has erased all of my saved dates. I will be deleting this app and using another.

Thank you for making this app. Seriously. It is so easy to use. You can make recurring events, show the weather up to a week ahead, make different colors so events stand out, make reminders, add notes to events for more details, I could just go on. It tells you exactly what is going on by glancing at the calendar, not by having to go into multiple things to see what is going on this day. I seriously am just so happy with this app. I have had it for awhile and it is always kept so simple. THANK YOU!!

I think the app is really nice, I was frustrated with the lack of certain customization options from apple calendars. I like that there’s a lot of colors already but making your own custom colors using a color wheel/hex codes/ more presets would be great. BUT, I neeeed more widgets. I dislike that for the large widget the only option is upcoming events. I’d like a full calendar option where maybe you could see colors of your events since the text might be too small, and an option to see events already completed on the day of. So if it’s the 8th today, I’d like to see the other events already completed. Or options to see one specific calendar type for the day of even if it’s already been completed. So filtered by one calendar and show events only for the day of. I say all this because I track some habits through calendar so i’d like to see the ones i’ve already completed on the day of. overall i like the app and the customization i just crave more.

Not completely customizable if you want all calendars to contribute. I just have one contributing now but I keep having events disappear which obviously defeats the purpose of keeping a calendar.

I wanted a clean slate calendar to plan things in. You can’t use this as a blank calendar, all other things from your other calendars must carry onto this one. If I have Google and apple calendars.. what the hell do I need this one for if all that stuff has to be on this one too?

I needed an online calander and the one on the iPhone is mega difficult. I love how this app connects to the apple calader so it can remind you of events. The only difficulty was setting up the categories only works in the apple calender and that is a nessasary feature, if there is a way in the app lmk! Overall highly recommend for a easy to access and price effective system

This app was good, but now totally put off by constantly getting a flashing icon at the bottom which if I click on it says google warning you have numerous viruses you need to download another app. It is a scam but it is totally putting me off using the app which is a shame as upto now it’s been a brilliant app.
