De sajnos havonta többször is előfordul, hogy egyik funkció se működik. Mint ha valami szerver hiba lenne. Az ember el is siklana felette, ha ritkábban szembesülne a problémával, vagy ha néhány perc várakozás után újra működne. De általában néhány órával később próbálkozva se működik. Nagyon idegesítő tud lenni. The app not loading our tickets made us miss our airport shuttle bus and made us sit in the cold for 20 minutes. Luckily the next driver let us on even though the tickets still wouldn’t load. Maybe it’s just broken on foreign phones. Miután egy másik e-mail fiókba új Simple fiókot regisztraltam és arra egy bankkártyát is rögzítettem, nem értem hogy autópálya matrica vásárláshoz miért kellett a kártyát újra regisztrálnom! Azt sem értem, hogy regisztrált ügyfélként egy autópálya matricát miért nem enged a rendszer megvásárolni a szükséges adatok, a kártyán szereplő 3 jegyű kod megadása után mindaddig míg a Simple koromat nem adom meg, miutan már benn vagyok a fiókban! Szóval nagyon unom, hogy a legegyszerűbb műveletekkel is egy órát el kell töltenem!
