## What is Simple Coach?

Simple Coach gives volunteer youth sports coaches one organized place to manage rosters, build lineups, plan sport-specific practices, schedule games, track fair playing time, and keep families informed. Soccer, basketball, and baseball teams each get drills and practice templates tailored to their sport—without juggling group texts, spreadsheets, and paper lineups.

PLAN FOR GAME DAY

• Build and organize team rosters
• Schedule games with opponents, locations, and start times
• Create sport-specific lineups and rotations
• Plan substitutions before the game
• Track player minutes, periods, and innings
• Review playing-time insights to help keep opportunities fair

RUN BETTER PRACTICES

• Build structured practice timelines
• Organize warm-ups, drills, and scrimmages
• Generate practice-plan suggestions and adjust them for your team
• Share plans with assistant coaches

KEEP FAMILIES INFORMED

• Share schedules, announcements, and updates
• Collect player availability and RSVPs
• Let families claim snack assignments
• Keep team conversations organized
• Give parents access through a shared Team Hub without requiring another paid subscription

WORK TOGETHER

Invite assistant coaches with view-only or editing access. Everyone sees the information they need without relying on scattered texts or multiple spreadsheets.
