## What is Simple Core Workout Timer?

Simple Core Workout Timer is a simple app to help you with your core workout routine. Its user interface is simple and uncluttered. It has a stop watch along with visual indictors for the number of reps and sets in the given workout. IT also gives you audio cues 10 seconds before a workout begins and ends as well as a 3 second countdown. The app uses swipe and tap gestures to pause and resume a workout, switch between workouts and create a new workout. The app keeps track of your core workouts and optionally saves them in HealthKit.
