Would be better if it didn’t count down. I like to start and see how long I can go, I don’t always know when I intend to end. Also it would be nice to be able to add hours. I started my fast 24 hours ago ans only just decided to track it but it will only assume Im starting right now with no way to put in yesterday’s time.

As the name suggests, perfectly simple app for beginners, or long-term fasters. Weight watching is a complicated journey in itself already. Thanks to this app, there’s no additional fuss, no in-app purchase ridiculousness just for timing meals, exactly what I needed!
