This one met that criteria. I used my iPhone to download document from email directly into the Simple Fax app, added the recipient fax number, saw that I needed 20 credits to send my 2 page document, chose the 60 credits for $2.99 (one time fee), clicked “send” and received a “successful reply. It was easy! And, I do not have to remember to cancel a free trial or worry about a recurring monthly fee. The one thing I do need to check is if my credits expire. I can see in the app how many credits remain. It appears to cost $1 to send a 2 page document. Hope this helps others.
