I had thought this might offer some help in goal attainment. The world is full of places and means for just setting down goals. It's completing goals one might need help with.

I created Simple Goals App to be downloaded on National Motivation & Inspiration Day on January 2nd to help people achieve their personal goals and become their very best. 
The most successful 2% of all people set goals!!
Simple Goals App makes it easy to set goals and follow through!!

I use this app to help remind me to follow through with my daily goals such as; drink 8 glasses of water, take vitamins, workout, make bed, gratitudes, affirmations... It helps me stay on the right track on a daily basis by completing what needs to be done in order to live a healthy and fruitful life! I absolutely love this app!
