When I contacted them they said to scan the receipts. But when you order off the app you don’t get a receipt with a QR code to scan. Now, the app never opens and I can’t use it to order or get rewards. I can’t get past the opening splash screen & have removed & reinstalled it. Customer Support has not helped, seemingly communicating with external IT support. Their response is that the problem is mine alone. I suggested they read their reviews, as I’ve seen several complaints like mine. The app’s failure to work means the rewards program is inaccessible.
