I paid for the pro plan and figured that would save all of my data. HUGE mistake. I’ve emailed the address for app assistance 4 times and have received no response. Deleted the app and reinstalled. No luck. I’m BEGGING help and no response. Don’t bother paying any money for the Pro plan since app assistance is non existent.
