This app makes it easy and is a great way to track your progress as you (hopefully) see your scores getting lower and lower. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Lost ALL 2025 and 2026 data after update *2026-08-21* After the recent update in July I lost all my 2025 and 2026 rounds. I paid for the pro plan and figured that would save all of my data. HUGE mistake. I’ve emailed the address for app assistance 4 times and have received no response. Deleted the app and reinstalled. No luck. I’m BEGGING help and no response. Don’t bother paying any money for the Pro plan since app assistance is non existent. I used a one-time email and did not click an ad but if I did they should not get the email from an ad click ### 1/5 — *WARNING!! *2024-08-12, version 2.2.4* App allows pop-up ads that mimic part of the setup process for installing Simple Handicap. Next thing you know you get a fraud warning from your credit card company. Simple Handicap is a “FREE” app that requires you to enter your cc information with the promise not to charge you. Lesson learned and consider yourself warned. ### 1/5 — Can't find my golf course *2024-05-14, version 2.2.2* I want to give it high ratings but I can't find my course on their app. ### 1/5 — Free? *2023-12-26, version 2.1.3* If this is a free APP then why do they need my credit card number to get started? One of the first things they ask for. I’ll keep paying for my club’s USGA handicap service although I really don’t use it for any competition/tournaments. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t figure it out *2023-01-06, version 2.0.4* Maybe I’m stupid but I couldn’t figure out how to post a score. Not intuitive at all. ### 1/5 — 61MB *2022-12-25, version 2.0.4* This simple tiny app is 61MB in size!!! Isn’t it supposed to be 1MB? Must be a lot of junk packed in the app. So many ads, Google ads tracks/collects user data but the app claims “Data not collected”.
