## What is Simple Health Log App?

Health Log is a private, no-frills health journal for your weight, food, habits, and workouts — with zero setup and no account required.

FOUR LOGS, ONE APP
• Weight — track a single number over time
• Food — a lightweight diary with simple calorie counter
• Habits — build daily or weekly routines and watch your streaks grow
• Workouts — type, duration, and distance, logged in seconds

BUILT FOR SPEED
Open the app, see today at a glance, and log something in under 10 seconds. Quick-add buttons on the Home screen skip the extra taps entirely.

EARN YOUR PROGRESS
Unlock dozens of achievement stickers as you build consistency — from your very first entry to long streaks, weight-loss milestones, and more. A visual reward for showing up.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Health Log has no account, no sign-in, and no server. Every entry you log is stored only on your device using Apple's own on-device storage — it never touches the internet unless you choose to export it yourself. No analytics, no ad tracking, no data collection of any kind. The app works completely offline, even in Airplane Mode.

Health Log Pro unlocks full history, more habits, and daily tips — but the core journal is yours to use free, forever.

Health Log is a personal journaling tool made for you!

"This app started as something much simpler — a piece of paper where I tracked my progress every single day. That simple habit helped me lose 30 pounds, feel healthier, and gain more energy than I've had in years. I decided to turn that paper into an app so others could experience the same results. I hope you enjoy it, and I hope it helps you find the same success I did."
