It seems to briefly open and then close. Shut my phone down and restarted, still won’t work. Was working yesterday.

this app makes it easy to check in and out. I don’t use the Geo fencing feature because I’m not always working when I am in the office. The one thing they can fix is when you schedule a update it defaults to a week in the future. So often times if you don’t remember to change the date to the current date, you wind up scheduling an update a week in the future. Seems like that would be an easy fix. Other than that, the app works wonderfully.

This app has been ideal for us in many ways. But too often when someone is in the building they show as not in. For some reason they need to go in and change the settings back to what they were previously. Why? It is very annoying and makes the app unreliable.

My organization uses this for our IT techs and we’ve been loving it, however with the recent iOS update the locations services are not working. Again, we’re using this is IT so we know how to trouble shoot and this has become very inconvenient.

Very good and useful app. Sometimes does not automatically sign in/out but I guess this might potantially be due to weak connection as well. The only problem is that every time I try to update my photo, the app crashes.

I downloaded this app to attempt to use it. I like the preview. However, on the login page there is no link or button to create a new account. With that being said, I cannot create an account, which means I cannot login. This makes this app unusable for a new user.

This really needs to be updated to show the time you punched in and out on the main status screen. I know it shows it in the Board tab with everyone else, but to check that requires 2+ screen changes and some scrolling or typing to find yourself. Putting it on the main Status screen with your profile is just that much more convenient for at a glance situations.

The concept is good,but this app kills batteries like no other app I’ve seen my phone went from lasting a week to less than a day this is the only app I’ve installed on this phone. It’s a little to simple for me needs some better features like using wifi AP to determine locations.

I clock in and have to refresh and check that it does actually do so because sometimes it doesn’t and I have to resubmit. A few times I have not refreshed to check and I have to write an email every time I “forget to clock in”. Hopefully they get this fixed because it is very frustrating.

We’ve been using Simple In/Out for over 2 years now, it’s brilliant - it revolutionised our evacuation drills and brought the time to evacuate, muster and account for everyone down to under 3-minutes! 

However, the app randomly changes user settings:

- The settings randomly change on their own, switching off the automatic status updates (essential for the geofencing functionality) and the notifications.. 

- This used to only happen after each app update, the app was unable to remember who we were and would log the user out of the app meaning we’d have to log in again after each update and turn on the settings to make it work.  This meant I had to create user-guides for the less savvy personnel. 

- Lately though, it’s been doing it between updates, just switching settings off so it takes an audit to see who’s apps haven’t been checking them in automatically.. 

Please find this bug and fix it! :-)

Really good app, just occasionally it doesn’t auto check in or out, but that is pretty rare to be honest and it’s easily resolved with a manual operation in a click but overall a really good app

Our small company of 45, have used this App for close to 2 years now, replacing a paper sign in/out sheet.  We love the ease of use, automatic status updates, geofences, and the ability for people to customize their own statuses or use our Company Quick Picks. 

Quick glance at the ‘board’ tells us where everyone is at any given time.

Simple. Easy to learn. Painless. Efficient.

I’ve been testing a number of apps for a “simple in/out” board, and this one finally fits the bill. The app has a simple & full featured UI and works very well. The customer service is outstanding. I received a detailed & helpful email after asking some questions the day after I contacted them. This app is going to work perfectly for us.

Although I am still in the testing phase and haven't deployed this throughout the company here are some thoughts on what I have come to like about the trial.  

Everyone in our company is supposed to move a tiny magnet on our white board indicating if they are in or not and sometimes they forget to do this.  With this app we no longer have to worry about people forgetting to update the board as the GeoFences take care of this automatically.

The whole point of this board was to help us identify who was potentially in harms way if there was ever a fire by cross referencing who was registered as in the office on the board.

I love how you can also filter the boards so if you have multiple office locations you can add them to a custom group and filter your search results to find out if that person is actually in that office or not.

This app could also be used as an informal time clock because it tracks the time that you showed up on site and when you leave.

Overall a great app for any company to have.
