INSTANT PART ENTRY
Type a part ID and the form auto-fills from existing data. Enter a quantity change, hit confirm, done. Or go completely hands-free with voice entry — speak naturally and the app transcribes and parses part numbers, quantities, locations, and prices automatically.
ORGANIZED YOUR WAY
Structure inventory exactly how your operation works. Create Sections that hold Inventories, which hold Parts grouped into Bin locations. Rename, flag, and reorganize anything at any time. Split a single part across multiple bins and track each location independently.
FLUID & QUANTITY TRACKING
Track parts by unit count or by fluid amount in gallons or liters. Pricing for fluid parts is calculated automatically — price per gallon times fluid amount equals your line total. Low stock alerts adapt to the measurement type so you always know when to reorder.

Store purchase date and warranty length for any part. Simple Inventories tracks the days remaining automatically and shows current warranty status in the part detail view and on search reports.
