Just a simple spread sheet a first grader could have done better at. The first line will not give you a total, maybe I'm supposed to skip this line. Let your first grader make you one!! 1 star because you have to, but it does fit the theme!!! ### 1/5 — Simple Invoices-service *2013-07-01* I bought this app for my service business on the road to simplify my invoicing but without the sub- total and a sales tax features this app is useless for all sub contractors in the service industry. The name of the app appealed to me as I wanted a very simple invoice.didnt need all the other business apps. So paid the money and waited in anticipation for it to load. I couldn't get it to work. Re read the instructions and filled the invoice out exactly as instructed but it didn't work. So I deleted it straight away. Im glad to have the opportunity to write this review,so other people don't get ripped off. I should say,that I'm from Australia.maybe it only works in America. ## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Mr *2012-10-18, version 1.16* Excellent. Simple, fast and functional. Intuitive to use and excellent prompt support from the developer. The developer acknowledges that this doesn't suit every business but it's spot on for services invoices and he does other stuff for sales. The fifth star comes with the option of a daily as well as hourly rate ### 4/5 — Instant Invoicing *2011-06-03* This App works well except it would be better if you could change the HOURS column to UNITS. I supply a service and sometimes need to use material to carry out the service. Looks crazy when I sell 1 Hours of Sundries. ### 3/5 — Needs improvement *2013-05-21* Not bad, need to fix problem with the last line carrying over to other invoices. Also the total at the bottom does not add up correctly. It adds up shorting me money half the time. ### 3/5 — Great start *2010-08-04* Great start to a good app. There are some things that need to change and there is plenty of room to grow. For instance, descriptions do not wrap and if you need to go to another line in order to continue a description the app makes you put in time and rate for each line used. Also, if you do mistakenly put something into the time/rate area, you are unable to delete it and are stuck with even more unsightly zero's. No way to change hours or rate columns if you charge a flat fee. The program doesnt let you show which invoices are paid already. Great idea but someone let this out prematurely.
