Using Simple Kanban Board for a volunteer project. It is perfect for the small project, however, I ran out of capacity very quickly without warning. I need a higher limit on tasks and columns, as well as a way to export all columns to one spreadsheet - it appears that only single columns can be exported at a time currently. If these two features were added I could easily give this app 5-stars, but until then I have to stop using it because it is too limited for even a very small project. ### 5/5 — Great app! *2026-04-09, version 1.5.2* This is a great app, it is exactly what I was searching for to manage a very busy PhD student schedule while also having ADHD. Every other app is filled with nonsense but this one is great and makes the habit of logging tasks very easy to sustain. Looking forward to seeing more from this developer ### 5/5 — Just amazing! *2025-04-25, version 1.5.2* A clean simple app that doesn’t have a million features that distract from taking notes (no required login or annoying how to popups), just a simple customizable Kanban board with all the features you really want! You can color-code the tasks (or just make ‘‘em random colors so it’s pretty, that’s what I do lol) you can make multiple boards and there’s a timer so you can get a better sense on how long something takes you and tell if you’re getting stuck on anything and need to switch to something else. Just amazingly put together, it’s fast, it just works and feels so intuitive. It also has a very simple interface, which I appreciate. My suggestions to the developer are to enable snapping as an option so that columns always align left when sliding is done. Dragging between columns is also not easy or… possible?
