I want to edit the settings, but the password I have used says its incorrect, and I am locked out, how can I get into the settings, help? ### 2/5 — App-good / Resetting password-not good *2019-10-06* The app process and set up was easy! Don’t forget your password though... there was no way visible to me on the app nor on the app description page to reset it. Although I believe I’m using the one I established, I did not write it down. I brought this for an event, it very limited functionality. You can only put logo no words or other info to tell people what they are signing up for. Then to get the leads it's a text screen very basic. Like someone's intro programming class project. But I was ok with it I figured it was good enough for free and did the job. Until I got home to get my leads and founded out I was duped it's not free it$1 to just copy the text files in to email or something else. Air hate apps you can't use for the intended purpose in the free version. Just don't have free make it paid and stop tricking people. Also you have to pay every time you use it. What a rip off. If you're going to pay each time to you use you might as well pay 5.99 one time for the better designed apps ### 1/5 — App crashed and is frozen *2019-01-06* I used the app today for the first time officially and while I loved the ease of use, it crashed near the end of the show and is currently frozen with no way to access all of the info I collected. I had not sent it to myself yet as I was still in the middle of the show. Hoping all of my leads are not lost, but very scared that they are. I emailed tech support and am waiting on a reply. App is locked. ### 5/5 — Bug 9.3.5 *2018-07-18* New update stopped the app from working,it doesn't save data when closed,when reopened display shows double image,purchased it twice,please fix ### 1/5 — Lost all my leads *2018-07-15* Downloaded this app for a work event on the road, it worked really well throughout the day but when I tried to open it in the evening to retrieve all the information the app becomes non respondent. It has now frozen between the customer information form and settings page and no matter how many times I restart the app this page always appears which I can’t change. I’ve now lost all the leads I had from my event and a lot of potentially new business, really disappointed. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear about this, there was a bug that I fixed. Had you contacted me I could have solved the issue for you and recovered your leads. The bug has now been identified and fixed. ### 5/5 — Very helpful app *2017-11-28* Thank you for the app! Very helpful for my business. ### 5/5 — Very simple... I like it! *2017-11-17* Went searching for an app to quickly capture leads at public events. It was super easy to setup a form with text fields and our own logo. What I like is that when someone clicks to save the information, the form resets with blank values, and the contact information is hidden so no one can see your list of leads. At the end of the day, you simply go into the management screen and copy or email all the leads. The form fields are comma delimited so you can easily import into your CRM or spreadsheet or text document. *** NOTES: as of 11/17/2017 *** 1) it costs $0.99 to unlock the copy and email feature. No big deal, just a quick gotcha to setup before getting to the trade show floor! 😉 2) the app only works in portrait mode and on a 9.7” iPad, seven fields with a logo, it all fits on one screen without scrolling. It does not support screen rotation to landscape. 3) you can only use text fields. No radio buttons, no selection boxes, no calendar, just text boxes 4) the email feature requires that Mail is configured. I do not use Mail, but rather I use Outlook.
