Simple Life Check is a wellness safety app for people who live alone. It calls your phone at the times you choose — answer the call, and you're checked in. If you don't answer, your emergency contacts receive a text message asking them to check on you.

Set a daily check-in schedule — pick the days and time that work for you
At your scheduled time, your phone rings like a normal phone call
Answer the call and hear a friendly confirmation — that's it, you're checked in
If you don't answer after multiple attempts, your emergency contacts are automatically notified by SMS
