Simple Lifts — what's new

  New features
  - Log a Session — start a custom workout on the fly without picking a program template. Pick exercises from a
  searchable list, add more mid-workout.
  - Bodyweight exercises — pull-ups, dips, and other bodyweight movements now have proper "Body Weight + Added
Weight" tracking. Suggested progression shows the weight you actually need to add, not the total.

  Performance
  - Faster app launch (no more long splash on the first screen)
  - Smoother workout screen during sets
  - Faster Profile, Dashboard, and Progress screens — especially as your data grows

  Improvements
  - Full kg unit support: switching units now correctly converts every stored weight in your history (works both
  ways — lbs↔kg)
  - Personal Records are now indexed for instant access on the Dashboard and Progress screens
  - "Next Session" weight updates now appear on your Dashboard the next morning instead of immediately after every
  save

  Bug fixes
  - Workout summary correctly shows "added weight" amounts for bodyweight exercises (instead of confusing total
  numbers)
  - PR celebration message uses your weight unit instead of always "lbs"
  - Deload formula now uses sensible plate increments for kg users
  - Rest day / completed workout view no longer mislabels exercises with no logged sets
  - Various smaller display fixes for consistency across screens
