## What is Simple Meeting Minutes?

Simple Meeting Minutes provides you with the ability to simply create a meeting agenda and record meeting minutes then to send the meeting notes to the meeting attendees.  It is designed to be intuitive, simple and easy to use yet provide comprehensive functionality, no flashy graphics or multicolour, just simple functionality.   You will impress your customers and colleagues when you can send them your meeting notes immediately after your meeting, even before they have returned to their desk.
NOTE: The free version has the same functionality and the paid version but it is limited to 3 meetings.

I have been using this app for several years, and I could not be happier.  Paul is responsive to questions, open to ideas, and remains kind support questions could have been answered by me reading the documentation.  I searched high and low for an app that worked the way my brain thinks things should be organized, done, and communicated and this is that app.

Once you have it set up this is an excellent app. Bit of a learning curve (especially for us seniors!) to start with but once you get your head around the structure it just does what its supposed to - and does it well! Indispensable app for me. Thanks to the developer.

It was working fine for a month and now it just wont open ! I deleted the app and reinstalled and there’s no way I can restore all my notes. I relied on this app so much and didn’t take backup notes. This is such a bummer. Is there a way I can recover?

**Developer response:** I’m not sure why you had a problem with the update but if you have a backup of your iPad either on your desktop machine or in iCloud then you can recover your data, please email me and I can assist.  There is also a backup option with the app.  If you don’t have a backup then I’m sorry but I’m unable to assist.  When deleting any App the IOS warns that the data will also be deleted.  I’m sorry you had this problem.

Does everything easily, simply & quickly but frustrating I can’t find a simple way of deleting committee members as people come & go.
For the price good value.

Works well, except once you buy the full version it no longer allows one to edit Topics.  This is important as meetings are dynamic and there are times when one needs to add or delete additional lines. Otherwise, a really nice app.
