When you create an even day and then click to preview or email it, all the agenda topics are replaced by the words 'item notes' on each line so all in all pretty useless! Shame as it's the best if it worked..... ### 3/5 — How do you email? *2021-08-01* I put in email addresses and it says there are none ### 3/5 — Needs work *2017-08-04* It truncates long notes, meaning cuts after the second page. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback, this issue has since been resolved. ### 4/5 — Very useful, saves time but a little frustrating *2019-02-20, version 1.14.00* Does everything easily, simply & quickly but frustrating I can’t find a simple way of deleting committee members as people come & go. This is important as meetings are dynamic and there are times when one needs to add or delete additional lines. Otherwise, a really nice app. **Developer response:** Hi Jemoore Do you still have this issue? You certainly should be able to edit Topics and there are no limitations with the full version. Paul is responsive to questions, open to ideas, and remains kind support questions could have been answered by me reading the documentation. You can see the status of your memory by going into Settings on your iPad, General then iPad Storage. If that's not the issue then please send me a message for within the App under Settings then Information and Feedback. cheers ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Excellent app for meeting minutes *2021-03-09, version 1.18.6* Once you have it set up this is an excellent app. Bit of a learning curve (especially for us seniors!) to start with but once you get your head around the structure it just does what its supposed to - and does it well! Indispensable app for me. Thanks to the developer. ### 5/5 — It just stopped opening ! *2020-01-22* It was working fine for a month and now it just wont open ! I deleted the app and reinstalled and there’s no way I can restore all my notes. I relied on this app so much and didn’t take backup notes. This is such a bummer. Is there a way I can recover? **Developer response:** I’m not sure why you had a problem with the update but if you have a backup of your iPad either on your desktop machine or in iCloud then you can recover your data, please email me and I can assist. There is also a backup option with the app. If you don’t have a backup then I’m sorry but I’m unable to assist. When deleting any App the IOS warns that the data will also be deleted. Great for on the fly meetings without having to go through the pain of transcribing anymore.
