WRONG! I wasted it, and went back to MileIQ. Some drives were completely missed, and several had the starting location anywhere from a block to in one case, 7 miles from my actual starting location. Stopped working the other day saying it doesn’t have an Internet connection restarted the app, restarted my phone, and tried to delete reinstall and Still not working. Have sent two emails with no response, tried to use their chat feature for help, but there’s nowhere to enter a message. Very frustrating, the product has worked great but these are used to track mileage in real time and even not working for 2-3 days is a big deal ### 1/5 — Misses trips constantly. App has now started “detecting” new trips after just brief stops (stoplights, etc). Breaks one trip into numerous trips. No support response at all. Cancelling, taking my loss, and finding a better app. ### 1/5 — Beware! *2025-05-08, version 2.0* This is just SherpaShare by a different name. It’s not free. I used SherpaShare for several yrs. You just let it run in the background and at tax time, you categorize the recorded rides and add the info to your tax return. Pretty simple until their system crashes and they lose everybody’s data and try to hide their mistake, and continue w/ their annual recurring billing even after their system has silently stopped working. That’s what happened over the past yr. When I attempted to contact them to get the charges reversed, they wouldn’t answer my emails. I had to request a charge back through my bank. It appears that what happened is their system crashed, and they weren’t making adequate backups, so all user data for 2024 was lost. I realize that problems happen, but I expect them to be backing their systems up, and periodically checking their backups. To not do this is very amateurish, but they’re playing w/ people’s taxes. Their lack of willingness to come clean and communicate w/ their customers honestly, is the most disturbing part. ### 1/5 — Love the app, hate support *2024-09-08, version 2.0* Update: app is very glitchy, skipping trips, giving error messages. Absolutely zero response from tech support. From great to money grab scam. I’ve tried several mileage apps. There are several that are good for low mileage accounts. But I track mileage every day. I have stuck with this app because it’s reliable and works well. Two problems: I keep having trips returned to my unassigned screen. There’s no way to fix this. I need to change my account email address and there appears to be no way to do that on my own and when I reach out to Support, I never hear back from them.
