Simple Notary was created to provide a modern alternative to the typical paper notary journal. Simple Notary gives you a way to create non-editable notary entries that are saved in a cloud base system. 

When paper journals get lost all your entries get lost with it. With Simple Notary, all of your entries are saved in the cloud base system providing you access anywhere without the worry of losing entries. 

Our application will help the public notary keep a record of notary journal entries at all times without the need for paper and pen.

Once you start using Simple Notary you can say goodbye for good to your paper journal. 

Simple to use - Simple Notary will speed up your workflow by taking away all the handwriting associated with paper notary journals.

**A public notary should always check their state requirements and laws in order to guarantee compliance before transferring to any type of electronic notary journal.**
