This is a simple payment calculator that takes into account all aspects of car leasing and car and house financing- the purchase price, your down payment, sales tax and interest rates. It then calculates your payment based on the values entered. Note: The trade in value of your car is deducted from the purchase price before tax is calculated. Fields may be left blank if they do not apply to your situation, they all default to 0 unless changed by the user.
