I’ve selected 15% and a custom tip, but it always defaults to 20% if those options are chosen. You’re better off calling your local store to place an order. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-12-07* The one in my little town doesn’t even show up in the app., USELESS! ### 1/5 — Error code 500 *2025-10-15* Twice in 2 wks I got error messages on this app( code 500??) & could not process an order. And when I go to change password, I get another message saying “connection is not secure”! That was this morning now, 10/15/25 You lost my business both times because I couldn’t order. Fix it! Can’t get past location problem so app is useless. Cannot order pizza on website as it does not let you select pizza size, crust, or allow any modifications (like light sauce). What if you’re just driving through a city/town that isn’t near you and you want to order from Simple Simon’s? Other pizza apps let you search by location, but not this app! Also, it does not show a Simple Simon’s location near me that I know takes online orders, so what’s the point of having this app if I can’t use it to order from any store that does online orders except for a very few that are too far from me?
