BUT, some bugs need to be ironed out first. For instance, You can't skip through the videos, that are free. It seems the locked videos are $19.99 each. In my opinion you should be able to preview the locked videos before purchasing. He not only does the workouts with you, he also encourages you half way through each designed workout. The workouts are intense but the more consistent you are the better you will get.
