## What is Simple Timecode?

Essential tool for videomakers, editors and videographics producers. 
Convert and calculate timecodes. You can calculate IN, OUT points or DURATION.
You can add or subtract timecodes (or frames).
You can make the input in timecode (HH:MM:SS:FF) or in FRAMES format. 
You can also use the TIMECODE/FRAMES switch to convert your input. 
After you enter with 2 in 3 options (IN, OUT or DUR), you can calculate the other. 
Example 1: 
3:20:10 IN 
3:21:20 OUT 
You press CALC at DUR row and you get: 
DUR = 01:10 

Example 2: 
2:00 OUT 
5:00 DUR 
You press CALC at IN row and you get: 
IN = 23:59:57:00

*2017-07-01, version 1.52*

This app is absolutely useless. It can't do 23.976, 29.97NDF or 29.97DF Calculations. Yeah I know 24 and 30 can be used for 23.976 and 29.97NDF calculations but not having 29.97DF makes this unusable. To make matters worse the exact same Calculator exists in his other App "Timecode List" which is FREE.

I definitely regret spending $1.39 on this app.

I like this app because it's basic and easy to use. I work at a broadcast facility and it's very helpful in timing out recordings that are regularly  gone through. I would hope that your app will be updated so it is compatible with iOS 11 whenever it is released. I am in the understanding that your app will not work at that point. Thanks

If I want a custom frame rate of a 120 frames a second I should be able to enter that.  I'm extremely disappointed I can't.

I needed a basic TC calculator in the middle of the night for a job at the last minute. Found this little thing and it did the trick. Am recommending to friends.

Version 1.42:
- Minor bug fixed with CALC button on iPad in landscape mode.

Version 1.41:
- The interface was modified and now, the app is universal, running on iPads as well as iPhones.

- Clicking on the timecode display IN, OUT or DUR, the value is transposed to main display becoming easy to add or subtract timecodes or frames from these.
Example:
If we would like to add 10 frames at timecode OUT, we press on it, and after that (+)  (10) (=) (OUT).

- There is a new button connected to app settings that let the user:
- Change the default FPS position. In the previous version, this value was always 30.
- Allow to adjust incorrect timecodes.  Example: 00:01:59:90 with FPS=30, becomes: 00:02:02:00.

- There is a new option on the FPS switch. If you press CUSTOM, you can use another FPS value between 1 and 99.

- The CALC buttons are semitransparent after the calculations to be accomplished.

- Negative frames are accepted and become timecodes less than 24 hours.

BUGS FIXED:
- there is an alert when the input in timecode is greater than 24 hours.
- Fixed following additions or subtractions.
