## What is Simple Tuner?

Simple Tuner is a fast, no-nonsense guitar tuner built to do one thing well. Open the app, play a note, tune up, and get back to playing. No accounts, no ads, no subscriptions, and no tracking. Simple Tuner detects strings automatically, offers an optional string lock, and uses a clear analog-style needle inspired by classic hardware tuners. Everything works offline and entirely on your device, because a guitar tuner should not need your email, your date of birth, or your attention for longer than a few seconds.
