Now I have the same problem as other people - the VAT amount is stuck on £21.33, and nothing will change it. I have deleted it and redownloaded, but no difference. Sadly, I have concluded that the app is busted, and now I have moved on. ### 1/5 — Recent Update *2012-10-16, version 2.3* This WAS a fantastic ap, I have rated it at 5 stars before. I used it all the time, but since the recent update the VAT, whatever rate, on any amount, has stuck at £21.33. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting to no avail. Please fix this, I'm lost without it. 17 Oct Please, please fix this. I miss it so much! ### 1/5 — No longer working after update *2012-10-15, version 2.3* I have the same problem as Andy below - vat calculated stuck at 21.33 since update ! Please fix ### 1/5 — Andy *2010-05-05, version 0* Looks nice but there is no way to subtract vat ### 1/5 — Ganz nett . **Developer response:** Thanks for letting us know. This is fixed now and the app is fully updated. Please update and give it another try. ### 2/5 — Average *2010-04-25, version 0* Looks nice and clear but can't use decimal place on amount. When numbers come up not that clear and only tells how much vat is on a price. Would be nice to work out with vat added and how much vat included on a total ### 3/5 — VAT Calculator *2012-10-27, version 2.3* This App was perfect until a change removed the actual VAT amount. Have now deleted it and found alternative App. ### 3/5 — No retina graphics *2012-09-27* iPhone 5 compatible with iPhone 3G graphics, everything is fuzzy. ### 3/5 — Great! *2010-12-13* Needs more countries or a way to insert custom vat rate. ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — No retina graphics *2026-10-14* iPhone 5 compatible with iPhone 3G graphics, everything is fuzzy. **Developer response:** Thanks for letting us know. This is fixed now and the app is fully updated. Please update and give it another try. ### 5/5 — Opinion *2021-06-19, version 3.1* Fantastic and simple for +- V.A.T. But cannot change the present rate for other amount p ### 5/5 — Works exactly as needed *2019-02-14, version 3.1* Does exactly what I need it to. Easy to use and accurate. Not gummed up with extraneous stuff nor rammed with adverts. I'd pay to have the ads removed though. An example of what an app. Should be ### 5/5 — Does what it says *2011-10-29, version 2.2* Does what it says on the tin and free so can't complain but could so with a few extra features. Tax on things like dividends would be nice? ### 5/5 — Vat calculator *2010-08-29, version 0* Excellent app makes vat calculations simple ### 4/5 — Er, it works *2011-01-27, version 2.2* Contrary to other reviews you can take away VAT, you can use decimals, it is clear to read. It works! ### 4/5 — VAT in Spain *2010-09-22, version 0* Please note VAT in Spain is now 20% updated July 2010 ### 4/5 — Very good *2010-09-09, version 0* Very easy to use - good app ### 4/5 — Time saver *2010-07-01, version 0* As a retailer, I find this app very handy. Clear and simple - and saves time. Thanks. --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/). User reviews are verbatim App Store reviews.
