The SimpleConsign Photo app is offered exclusively for SimpleConsign customers on the Professional plan. Using the SimpleConsign Photo app makes it easy to take pictures of your consignment and inventory items, as well as pictures of your customers. The latest version of SimpleConsign Photo introduces item search and bar code scanning to make taking pictures of your inventory simple and easy! The new "Items" tab includes an item search that works identically to the search in SimpleConsign that you use everyday. Search by SKU, UPC, Category, or Description, and then pick your item from the search results to take some pictures. Do you have the item's barcode handy? Click the Barcode icon (to the left of the search bar), and reveal the new barcode scanner. Scan the item's barcode and up pops the matching item, ready to snap some pictures. The original "Inventory" tab has been renamed "Batches" and still allows you to take pictures of all items in an inventory batch. The "Customers" tab is unchanged, though like the rest of the application, we've improved the behavior of the camera and image gallery over all. Previously, some of you may not have been able to take pictures using your PIN. That is fixed now, so go take some pictures!
