## What is SimpleLogin?

Tired of spam and being tracked online through your personal email address? Email aliases are the solution.
 
SimpleLogin provides you with a different anonymous email address (aka email alias) whenever you sign up for a new online service, allowing you to hide your personal email address from spammers. Emails sent to an alias are forwarded to your personal inbox.
 
Want to reply to a forwarded email? Just hit reply and the response will be sent from your alias, keeping your personal address hidden.

Title says it all. Its incredible and it works seamlessly. Its also super affordable. I'd recommend premium as those premium addresses are never blocked as aliases, even not by google... Whenever people tell me about the "common issue" that their mailbox is cluttered with spam I cringe a bit because I really don't know that problem - probably in part because of SimpleLogin. The only downside: Centralization. I hope its kept alive forever and if not there is a warning - otherwise I am in serious trouble.

Each time I try to login via proton on my, I get the “Invalid State please retry” red notification box after doing the 2FA. So basically unusable

Dieser ganze Dienst ist viel zu kompliziert im Vergleich zum Alias Dienst von Apple. Aktuell scheint nicht mal die Suchfunktion unter iPadOS und Android zu funktionieren. Überhaupt fehlen der App die einfachsten Dinge. So kann man nicht mal die Anzeige der Alias Adressen sortieren. Außerdem ist eine Anmeldung mit FIDO2 Hardware Keys nicht möglich.

I’m a new user(free version)and in love with this app. I’ve generated a few aliases for various purposes and has worked really well. I also like then fact that even when I reply , it doesn’t expose my real email. I highly recommend this app to users!

I’m deleting this app after a year because it’s not accepted by the websites I’ve tried to create accounts with. They can tell it’s not a real email address. I also can’t figure out how to use these standalone aliases very well in my everyday email. It’s way too disconnected and complicated.
