With this latest update, my appointments were no longer updating and when I tried to logout and then back in, the app is not recognizing my email address any longer. ### 4/5 — Great, but needs added features *2026-08-20, version 1.16.3* I absolutely love this app to communicate with and upload/download documents between my doctor and I. I wish there were more features available for responses, though. For example, you can’t react to text messages, or edit if needed. Once the message is sent, it’s sent exactly how it was typed in, even if you made a mistake or need to change something. You have a clear view of available time slots for the services for which you are looking. The appoint request is then held as pending and you get a quick response when accepted. It’s so easy to do I find I opt for this versus scheduling with the clinician. I also have done exclusively video appointments which is ideal for my schedule and needs. It offers those who might have long drive times or limited transportation the opportunity to receive services that meet those needs. If only all providers would again offer video conferencing/tele-heath. Matt is an exceptionally professional, compassionate, understanding, and accommodating counselor who genuinely meets his clients where they are. From the very beginning, he created a safe, supportive environment where I felt heard, respected, and understood. Over the past year, I faced the most difficult chapter of my life—my journey through kidney cancer. There were moments filled with fear, uncertainty, and emotional exhaustion. Throughout that time, Matt was like a torch that illuminated the path ahead when everything else felt dark. His calm presence, thoughtful guidance, and unwavering support helped me navigate challenges that often felt overwhelming. One of the qualities I appreciate most is Matt’s unique perspective as a cancer survivor himself. His understanding goes beyond textbooks or clinical training. Having expressed his own experience through art, he brings a profound sense of empathy, resilience, and humanity into every session. That perspective has helped me see my own journey differently—not only as a survivor, but as someone capable of finding hope, growth, and meaning after adversity. I also want to recognize Amanda, Matt’s wife. Together, they are an inspiring couple whose professionalism, kindness, and dedication to helping others are evident in everything they do. They have created a practice built on genuine care, integrity, and respect for every individual who walks through their doors. If you are looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly skilled mental health professionals, I wholeheartedly recommend Matt and Amanda. Their work truly changes lives.
