The Simplera™ continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system helps people manage diabetes. CGM is a technology that lets users continuously view glucose values throughout the day, sends alerts for glucose events in a convenient and discreet manner on a mobile device, and shows the effects that diet, exercise, and medication can have on glucose levels. The Simplera™ CGM uses an inserted Simplera™ sensor with Bluetooth™ wireless technology that converts small amounts of glucose from the interstitial fluid under the skin into an electronic signal. The Simplera™ sensor uses that signal to provide sensor glucose values to the Simplera™ system app on a compatible display device. The Simplera™ app provides alerts based on sensor glucose (SG) levels and contains a user interface for entering data such as insulin, meals, exercise, blood glucose (BG) values, and uploading information to the CareLink™ Personal website. The Simplera™ app is available to download from the Apple® App Store™ and requires the Simplera™ sensor to function. The Simplera™ CGM provides information that is used for diabetes management but does not provide any direct therapy. The Simplera™ CGM should only be used with supported mobile devices and operating systems. It is compatible with the Apple Watch™ which can display glucose values and receive system and SG alerts just like a mobile phone. In order to access the list of the supported mobile devices and operating systems, contact your local Medtronic representative. To use the Simplera™ CGM, you will need the Simplera™ sensor as well as this app. The clinical configuration of the app is intended for use in clinical research only. Zur App. Leider schlechtes UI, alles ist schwammig und nicht flüssig. Das 17er iPhone läuft auf 120hz…. Zudem ständig neue Einweisungen in die Sensoren, das ist unnütig. Es wird immer ein neues Bluetooth Gerät angelegt, bei anderen Sensoren ist das nicht der Fall. Also, manuelles löschen nach jedem Sensorwechsel. Zuletzt, die Warnhinweise sind grauenhaft, schaut man ein Video im Fullscreen (iPhone 17 pro Max) und kriegt ein kritischen Warnhinweis der App, blastet das Telefon in voller Lautstärke das Video inkl. Warnhinweis. Für mich sind kritische Warnhinweise nun komplett stumm gestellt. Trotzalledem, stabile Verbindung, erneute direkte Verknüpfung, falls man länger außer Reichweite ist und schnelle Änderung der Werte können ausgelesen werden (als Vergleich beim Libre werden rasante Änderungen im Blutzucker nicht angezeigt). Das CareLink System funktioniert wie es soll. Für mich eine stabile App mit viel Verbesserungspotential. ### 2/5 — Widgets *2025-09-28* Könnt ihr bitte Widgets hinzufügen die von der Größe anpassbar sind und auch auf dem Sperrbildschirm funktionieren ### 1/5 — Diese ständigen Abmeldungen *2025-09-15* Ich rufe die App sicherlich 30 mal am Tag auf - und dann werde ich 1-2 mal pro Woche (ohne jegliche Warnmeldung) einfach abgemeldet mit folgender Information: „Automatische Abmeldung Aus Datenschutzgründen meldet die Simplera™ App Sie ab, wenn eine lange Inaktivität erkannt wurde.“ Echt jetzt?! Wann wird das endlich gefixt? ### 4/5 — Kompatibilität mit Apple Watch wieder hergestellt *2025-08-01* App läuft wieder stabil. Zwischenzeitlich hat die Verbindung zur Apple Watch nicht funktioniert, wurde aber innerhalb von 2-3 Wochen behoben ### 1/5 — Apple Watch/ IPhone 16 Pro *2025-07-31* Seit ein paar Wochen kann ich die Werte nicht mehr auch meiner Apple Watch Series 10 aufrufen, bzw. die App nicht mehr öffnen trotz mehrfacher Neuinstallation.
