Very difficult to navigate. No back arrows so you have to completely leave an area, article or video and then try to remember the path that took you to the article in the first place if you want to go back there. You also can’t return to any unfinished article/video without being able to remember exactly where you found it in the first place. Very frustrating. That doesn’t even include how often you come across the never-ending circle while waiting an eternity for content to load. ### 1/5 — Downloads aren’t available offline *2024-04-06, version 1.4.44* Whenever I download something as soon as I go off-line the download isn’t available. ### 1/5 — Difficult to access content, set up account *2023-02-11* This app is a puzzle to me. I have set up an account and cannot get access. The app keeps telling me that my user name or pw do not work. I do a reset and the same thing happens. There is no customer support or troubleshooting. I am having to go back to the instructors offering the course to get help in accessing the class content. I am tech savvy. Very frustrating. ### 4/5 — Accessibility *2023-09-24* Very hard for me to get on the Pompa program. ### 4/5 — Easy to Use but Data Gobbler!!! *2023-04-10* This app is very user friendly and makes accessing my online course content easy. Only issue is I’ve had is that it doesn’t give you the option of streaming content—anything you open seems to automatically download to your phone. So if you’re doing a lot of coursework, you soon find that the videos, etc. are gobbling up more and more space! I don’t have enough room on my phone for one app to take 20+ GB of data! Easy fix is to uninstall and reinstall app when it gets too unwieldy. This clears all the downloaded content and you can easily re-access whatever you need when you have access to wi-fi or a strong cell signal. ### 5/5 — Robin smith- Art *2024-03-27* I really enjoy listening and making art from Robbin Smith.
