This app really needs to state somewhere in the description that this is solely for Georgia and Florida. Very limited app for use. I found this app online as I was looking into investing in this company and wanted to try it out myself. Looked promising but it is very limited right now.

New/Better way of Home Shopping. Bonus Offers 1/2 Commission back to both buyers & sellers. Schedule when YOU want to tour the homes. Finally someone figured out how to save buyers & sellers time and money without the hassles of real estate agents debacles. All at your convenience, not theirs. Many thanks.👍👍👍👍👍

We were recommended Simple Showing by a friend on Twitter after having a frustrating and slow time starting to look at buying our first home in Atlanta, GA. 

We were loathing the process until we started working with Fred and his team. After a few short and fun introductory conversations it was clear that Simple Showing wanted be the better way to buy a home. Having easy access to homes we wanted was refreshing + their iPhone app is super great for scheduling. 

We worked directly with Fred McGill and he was, friendly, human and professional throughout the the entire process. Even giving us a gift on closing day.  He was always on hand to answer our noice questions with comforting responses (via sms too!). 

After a pretty flawless experience from offer to close we were excited to receive our Simple Showing refund of over $8,000 that was handed to us the minute we were done. An excellent way to wrap up buying our first home.

Overall Simple Showing was just what we needed. 🙌
