But just using it for interacting with the customers has been a little funky compared to normal texting. Maybe the app needs some revising/help. I seem to get notifications a little late, even though everything is turned on on my settings. The audible notification doesn’t seem to happen. I think this is really more designed for sending out mass texts instead of direct interaction with customers. When I do look at a customer’s text I get the persistent notification problem that I’ve experienced with other apps like Instagram, etc where it doesn’t go away. **Update I just lowered it to two stars from three because it’s so frustrating. If I’m having a conversation with a customer, it doesn’t update to show new messages. I have to literally close the app and reopen to see the new message. ### 1/5 — Glitches before you can even start *2025-09-22, version 3.0.0* I signed up and received the login email link (why do we need a link to LOGIN when we create a password and username in order to do so??), clicked the link and was verified and my ‘starter page’ loads on email, but when I click to safari, it asks me to login again, and once I login I am sent to the verification page AGAIN and it continuously loops for some odd reason. Tried reaching out to support, got asked ‘how can I help’ and when I started to explain my issue, was interrupted abruptly and was told to send an email or text a number that I can’t even remember because she said it so fast and hung up immediately after telling me to do so. Says I opened messages when I haven’t. Doesn’t notify me of messages 50% of the time. Customer service just shrugs it off. Probably hosted in a 3rd world country with a slow internet connection. Lots of steps to send photos. It’s taking almost 30 seconds to a minute just to get into the app, then another 20 seconds after clicking on a text before I can actually see the conversation. ### 1/5 — Not App Friendly *2026-05-11, version 3.0.5* We pay way to much a month and in overages for this service to not load, glitch, stall, freeze 90% of the time we try to open the app on the phone. It will not upload any unread messages when it has notifications we have unread messages. Additionally, canceling is an extremely tough process. My account never worked in Canada, and because of this I was unable to access it to cancel it. As a non profit we cannot have expenses like that so we had to choose alternative platforms. Unfortunately, simple texting has been playing games with our phone numbers for a month now — holding them hostage and only pretending to help us port them away. Very disappointed — the more people I talk to say they experienced the same thing with simple texting and trying to leave was a nightmare. Not the smooth experience it should be.
