## What is SimpliBid?

SimpliBid is the mobile companion to the SimpliBid dealer platform, built for heavy-equipment dealers and their field teams. It has two views: Sales, for the office and the road, and Operations, for the yard.

SALES
Work your contacts, deals, and tasks from your phone. See every call, text, and email logged against a contact, and start the next one with a tap. Call routes through your dealership's phone system (ring your desk extension or your cell) or dials straight from the iPhone, and every call, text, and email logs itself to the contact's timeline. Turn on Caller ID so incoming calls from known contacts show their name and company on your iPhone's call screen. Track deals through your pipeline from prospect to closed, keep on top of tasks with due-today and overdue views, and build route lists: contacts along a drive, ordered by distance, for planning a day of stops or calls near you. See which customers have machines they want to sell. Push notifications tell you about new leads, assigned deals, and tasks the moment they land. A built-in Sales Desk view opens your dealership's web dashboard for anything the app doesn't cover yet, signed in automatically.

OPERATIONS
Walk up to any machine, scan the serial plate, and capture a complete, structured inspection in minutes, even with no signal. A guided walk takes you cab to ground with on-screen framing guides so every photo comes out consistent, and every inspection is organized zone by zone so nothing gets missed. Quick Reference returns a retail, auction, and wholesale value estimate for any make and model on the spot. Movement reports document inbound and outbound equipment moves with photos, hours, fluids, and a driver signature. Inspections capture fully offline and sync automatically when you're back on signal. Sunlight mode maxes brightness and contrast for working in direct sun.

ON IPAD
Sales views open side by side: your contact, list, deal, or task list stays on the left while the detail fills the right. Keyboard shortcuts for new items, search, and refresh.

FOR DEALER TEAMS
SimpliBid is for IronFoundry / SimpliBid dealers and their staff and inspectors. Accounts are provisioned by your dealership; sign in with your work email (a one-tap link or a password) and everything flows straight into your dealership's SimpliBid dashboard. Requires a SimpliBid dealer account.
