It's a pain looking for anything and the only reason why I continue to use it is because mobile banking is my easiest way to go. I can sign into the app but when it comes to viewing my accounts, it keeps loading. If you're lucky that day, you'll be able to see it. If not, you would have to wait several hours. Also if you do direct deposit, they don't update the account until mid-day. Which is extremely annoying. It would scramble the numbers on the pin pad and send money to whoever you chose. As of 11/03/2021 I am unable to send money using P2P. It seems as though they “updated” the pin pad (says it doesn’t scramble numbers anymore but still does and the UI looks horrible compared to the previous version) and it doesn’t work anymore. I am on iPhone 12 Pro IOS 15. I was very skeptical about downloading this app, but I'm glad I did. It's very convenient!
