No one has resolved the issue. They say they will follow up my case and then I never hear from them again. Don’t bother with this ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2023-10-12, version 1.9.3* Can’t even use it because it spams pop up ads. I wish I could give it lower than 1 star. Whatever you do don’t waste the download, don’t waste the confirmation email. I’m going to unsubscribe now. ### 1/5 — SCAM - I got CHARGED for free trial *2023-07-25, version 0.0.4* The app is almost great, but then you can’t see the size of fonts and a few other simple things you can’t do in (not so)Simplified. So as great as the app is, it's frustrating you can’t do some simple things. The biggest gripe is that I clicked on the 7 day trial and got charger £15!!. Expensive also, yes the app is great but you can't do certain things in Simplified that you can in cheaper and simpler app. Personally I’m sticking with Canva, much more simplified than Simplified all round: app, trial and pricing. I suggest Simplified change their name to Complexified. Requested refund from Apple and this was declined. Strangely got two subscriptions from Simplified one free and then one at the same time for £15. My advise would to not take up Simplified’s free trial as they’ll charge you for a free trial. ### 1/5 — App review *2023-05-09, version 0.0.4* This app did not work for me after getting a subscription ### 1/5 — . *2023-04-13* It has a lot of bugs and crashes ### 1/5 — The Glitches are Unreal *2023-03-18, version 0.0.3* I don’t even know where to start. Trying to use this on your phone is the worst idea possible. From picking a visual and it not showing up all the way to duplicating a visual and it coming up as an empty box. This is by far the most frustrating app anyone could ask for. I do not recommend and a complete waste of anyone’s time. If you value your time like I do, DO NOT use this app. ### 2/5 — Writer is okay but the app is basically unusable for visual content *2022-11-20, version 0.0.2* The AI writer works fine, it useful when you’re stuck or having a hard time getting started with content. However, the video or visual content is essentially impossible to figure it. It’s not user friendly, doesn’t have any relevant instruction (for the app specifically), and crashes constantly. If you have ever used a video editor or content creation app, you’ll see quickly that this one is a a mess. Shame because automation would be really great if it actually worked. Subscription for monthly “full access” is not full access. After activating a monthly subscription when you try to add assets, it takes you to the annual pass subscription page. 2. Search fields in support pages don't work at all. Your only option is to manually sift through topics and articles, one by one, in the hopes of finding support for your issue. 3. They now have your money and you have an unusable app. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work at all *2024-08-15* You cannot edit your own clips that you made. App is all laggy. Takes about 30min for clips to be made from a 7min video. Everything about this app is bad ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION *2024-07-31, version 2.0.5* I usually never leave reviews but I had to when I purchased the subscription which was $15 and I didn't get any of it! And its not on a problem on my end because its literally in my settings that I have an active subscription for this app but when I go on the app it doesn’t let me use any of the features and still asks me if I wanna “upgrade” more like DOWNGRADE because now Im down $15. Even better that I read the refund policy and they don't offer refunds, it says “cancel or pause if your not satisfied” hey maybe I would be satisfied if I got ANYTHING.
