Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I have been waiting more than 6 months for a refund of a large exam fee. I have sent many follow-ups and spent countless hours trying to get this resolved, but the issue is still not fixed. Communication has been poor, delays have been endless, and the whole process has wasted a huge amount of my time. I am now preparing to lodge complaints with Pearson VUE, NSW Fair Trading, and any other relevant authorities until this matter is resolved. Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering Simplilearn to be very careful, read the refund terms closely, and keep records of all communications. What should have been a simple refund has turned into months of frustration and stress.

Me and my Brother enrolled in Simplilearn based on my recommendation, and I genuinely regret suggesting this platform. Unfortunately, their experience has been just as disappointing—if not worse.

Before enrollment, the sales team made very attractive promises about dedicated support, career guidance, and job assistance. They assured continuous follow-ups and a smooth learning experience. However, once the course was purchased, none of these commitments were fulfilled.

My friend has been struggling to get even basic support. Calls and messages are either ignored or receive very delayed and unhelpful responses. There is no proper mentorship or guidance, and the learning experience feels completely neglected.

The course content does not match the expectations set during the sales process, and there are hardly any meaningful updates. The promised job assistance is nowhere to be seen, making the entire experience frustrating and misleading.

It feels like the platform focuses only on selling courses rather than delivering value. Seeing my friend go through the same issues after trusting my recommendation is extremely disappointing.

I would strongly advise others not to fall for their sales pitch. Please be careful before investing your money, as the reality is very different from what they promise.

I had a terrible experience with Simplilearn, and I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing any course from this platform.

Before enrolling, their sales team made big promises about full support, continuous guidance, and regular follow-ups for job assistance. They were extremely convincing and spoke very politely to ensure I purchased the course. However, once the payment was made, everything changed completely.

There has been almost no support at all. Calls go unanswered, responses are delayed or completely ignored, and there is no proper guidance as promised. It feels like they only care about making the sale and not about the student’s learning or career.

The course content itself is also disappointing, with very limited updates and no real value compared to what was advertised. The so-called job assistance is practically non-existent.

What makes it worse is their rigid refund policy, which leaves you stuck even after such a poor experience. It honestly feels like false promises were made just to take money from customers.

Overall, this has been a complete waste of my hard-earned money. I would not recommend Simplilearn to anyone. Please be cautious and do thorough research before trusting their claims.

Simplilearn is running a massive bait-and-switch scam. I joined their Cybersecurity course 8 months ago, coming in with 6 years of solid experience in Backup and Storage.
During the sales process, their executive Prithvi Gowda explicitly promised me that my past experience would be counted and that the course was designed to bridge my seniority into the security domain. He assured me my 6 years would not go to waste. It was a total lie just to take my money.
Now that the course is over and I’m in their "job assistance" phase, their tone has completely changed. They are now telling me I will be treated as a fresher and should only expect a fresher’s salary package.
This is pure fraud. 1. If they had been honest at the start, I would never have wasted a single rupee on this course. 2. They wait until they have your money and your time before telling you that they plan to reset your career to zero. 3. Their "Job Assistance" is a joke that ignores your professional history.
If you are an experienced professional looking to pivot, DO NOT TRUST THEM. They don't care about your career; they only care about their sales targets. They are demeaning experienced professionals by trying to push them into entry-level roles after promising otherwise.
Simplilearn, you have cheated me of my time and money.
