The Simplina app helps track and monitor your progress through our 12-week lifestyle program.

Simplina is a virtual functional medicine fertility practice that provides natural solutions, support, and coaching for couples.

We provide custom care plans that include evidence-based natural fertility solutions. Our goal is to help provide scientifically-backed healthy lifestyle steps you can take to improve your fertility odds.
  
Whether going through IVF or trying to conceive naturally, Simplina supports all paths to parenthood. 

The application allows users to:
