I have to keep deleting the app to be able to see any account details. It’s up to date and so is my phone. I’m unable to make payments through the app as it keeps sending them back to me. It also doesn’t find product numbers that I have seen on flyers ### 2/5 — Now unable to see saved items *2024-09-11, version 2024.09.04* Since the latest update I can no longer see my saved items even though it says I have items saved! ### 3/5 — Logs me out *2024-03-29, version 8.0.0* It’s a good app but I’m fed up of it logging me out of my account every time I close it. ### 4/5 — Delivery Timescales Unclear *2023-09-26* When you order something online using your account and select free next day delivery, you don’t expect to receive an email almost 24 hours later confirming that your order has been “accepted” Overall the app works quite well but does periodically delete your list of saved items and for some reason will display the same item multiple times if it is available in a variety of sizes. ### 2/5 — Only worth ** unfortunately *2023-05-02, version 4.10.1* Only giving ** apps constantly shuts down after a few minutes of browsing. This would be a great app if I could actually get to see some of the products being sold too as not all pictures load. I returned a swim suit which I paid £85 for and I have still not received a refund for my item, despite me sending at least 8 emails and evidence on my return twice! It won’t let me sign in my username or password. Have to use Safari to access the website. Was happy but not now. ### 4/5 — Mixed feelings *2022-11-04* I feel like the app needs a lot of work. If you apply filters to narrow down your search, it doesn’t actually show all the items that you’re looking for. There are hardly any reviews on anything which discourages me from buying.. I’ve searched everywhere on the app and still have no idea myself how you leave reviews. The only time I was able to leave a review was when I received an email asking me to. I’ve ordered many times from Simply Be but only received that email once. It doesn’t make sense. I feel the clothes are also very limited if you’re size 16 or above. I’ve ordered a few nice items, but you have to be quick as they go out of stock very quickly. Tried to contact them and there not answering calls . Got a message to say download the APP, which I done to receive 15% off, only to find out I had to spend an extra £8 to qualify. This is not clear. Then I had to enter my card details several times, and I got a message use an alternative card. I love being able to try the clothes on at home and not feel rushed like when in a shop. I very seldom shop anywhere else for clothes because unlike simply be i don’t know the quality of items. Simply be has an excellent customer service and excellent delivery time ( the next day on most items.
