I’ve been trying to contact this company for two weeks to cancel my plan. I’ve left multiple emails with their support team and several phone messages since no one ever answers their lines. It’s extremely frustrating, especially considering they require a full month’s notice to cancel—so now I’m stuck paying for an extra month because I can’t get a response. I would not recommend using this company for benefits.

Would 100% not recommend this company. Rates went from $250 to $620 2 months after we signed up for benefits. To expensive for a young family to pay. Would give lower than 1 star if I could.

It forces you to download the new version of the app than tries to sell you on coverage. I declined the coverage but when I go to acknowledge that I decline they have a bug so I am unable to get past this page and event enter the app.
