## What is Simply Calisthenics?

Fitness apps have become complicated. Simply Calisthenics was built to be the opposite.

No account to create. No feed to scroll. No lengthy setup. No videos interrupting your music. Just straightforward calisthenics workouts designed for your Apple Watch.

Choose your workout and get moving.

Simply Calisthenics guides you through each exercise with clear animated movement demonstrations, timed intervals, transitions, and rest periods, all right on your wrist. Your workout keeps progressing naturally even when you lower your wrist, so you can focus on exercising instead of managing an app.

BUILT AROUND SIMPLICITY

• No signup or account required
• No onboarding maze
• Simple, watch-friendly exercise animations
• Workouts built around bodyweight movements
• Optional equipment selection
• Multiple workout lengths and difficulty levels
• Optional Apple Health integration
• Designed to let your music keep playing uninterrupted while still providing animated movement demonstrations

We built Simply Calisthenics around a simple idea:
Getting from "Download" to "Workout" on a fitness app shouldn’t be the part that feels like work.

Put on your Apple Watch. Pick a workout. Move. That’s it.
~Simply Calisthenics.
