• You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for that product

I’ve reached out to the company, to no avail. After selecting “Complete Your Collection“, from the iPad app, nothing changed. I decided to download the app on my iPhone and everything is there, except the current issue. I’ve done everything the faq stated, but I can only see the new issues on my iPhone, which is horrible when trying to read patterns or articles. Out of curiosity, I selected Complete Your Collection again, and was told I already had everything. Hmmm. I just want this problem fixed so I can utilize the app on my iPad.

Reported and reported this problem with absolutely no positive feedback or outcome Clearly bought the back issues as a bundle as it shows on this page, my issues have vanished and despite repeated complaints nothing has been resolved DONT WASTE WELL EARNED MONEY ON THE SUBSCRIPTION BUNDLES

I like the magazine but the app doesn’t seem to be capable of holding all of its own magazines?? Every time I open in I get an insufficient space error and I’ve removed a bunch of magazine downloads (which is a bummer because they are slow to re-download)

Overall it’s not a very smooth app but it’s fine and does the job

I cannot get my issues without paying agin. Customer services respond with the uninstall and reinstall request..which doesn’t work…and they literally take weeks to respond…I still can’t access the magazine, still can’t get any meaningful response, and yet they have taken my subscription money

After my initial review, and several attempts at trying to get my digital subscription number to work correctly with the app, it is finally working hurrah!! 

I think there may have been some kind of bug or issue with my new digital subscription number working, as I tried my original subscription number where paper magazines had been delivered to my door and that seemed to work…then it didn’t, then it did! 

I’ve finally got it to work and I can now see all the Simply Crochet magazines on my iPad and phone, and they have downloaded correctly.

A lesson I have learnt, which is the sensible and I appreciate, the most logical route, is to contact the developer before getting frustrated and asking them for help, I usually have a cool head and logical brain, but the errors and bugs I think just got to me!

I cannot find out how to cancel my subscription.
This app does not give any customer service assistance for cancellations. This is so frustrating!!!

I have purchased a lot of the back issues as a package a while ago. Now in the new app I have to log in ‘Gathered’, and all my purchased magazines are gone and cannot be restored!
