Thanks. ### 1/5 — App will not open *2021-12-15, version 5.0.0* Does not open either on iPad or iPhone. Press on app it appears for a moment then disappears. By contrast I downloaded the Sydney app by accident since that’s the one that popped up when I scanned in the barcode from the healthcare provider. The one for the Sydney plan opens up and allows me to put in my information but of course it can’t find me because I’m not a member on their network. The Simply app SIMPLY will not open. Thanks. ### 1/5 — App not working *2021-05-14, version 4.0.2* The app won’t allow you to log in it crashes and goes back to main screen. ### 1/5 — Constantly crashes !!!! *2021-04-03, version 4.0.2* It’s been literally 5 months since this app has been updated. Meaning for me and I can only assume many others that means 5 months of not being able to access anything !!! Developer needs to pay attention to its apps and users !! Do better. ### 1/5 — Won’t open *2020-12-17, version 4.0.2* I downloaded the app to get information regarding my account. As soon as I open the app and the login page shows up it immediately disappears and will not allow me to login. I have deleted the app, restarted my phone, and re-downloaded the app and it still doesn’t work. But it actually works I gave it a try, I guess they updated it or fix it. Waste of time .
