Terrible customer service. They do NOT respond to communication once they have your money. I ordered items in May and still haven’t received three items totaling close to $100. No updates given, no explanation, and they haven’t responded to multiple attempts to communicate. Total cons.

Shop owner is rude, ignores messages. She has also stolen MULTIPLE designs from shops who create custom items. Customer service is awful. If you say one bad thing, she blocks you.

Owner of shop doesn’t refund your money when it’s owed to you, is extremely rude to customer, harasses people and is just garbage.  She also claims to be pet free but has a white haired dog and isn’t smoke free either.  Outdated most items are sold out, so why have them listed.
