Shutting down a game after a few rounds or not enabling the deck to be shuffled takes away from the enjoyment of playing. ### 4/5 — Rare games *2017-02-19, version 2.7.7* I have played this for years, including older versions. Not only does this have the standards, it has some rare games that are really fun. Good blend of challenge and fun... ### 5/5 — simply solitaire *2015-01-28, version 2.3* i love these games ### 3/5 — If looks were everything ... *2014-12-31, version 2.6* This is the best looking iOS solitaire I know, but it is spoiled by thoroughly lazy or incompetent programming, made worse by the newest update. The games I play are full of bugs, they run agonizingly slowly on the iPhone 6 Plus, they tend not to obey their own rules, and now the latest update has ruined Tantalus, cards change suit, don't obey their piles etc. A few examples of the bugs I have come across: In Windmill, you sometimes get two cards on a layout position, where only one is allowed. In Seahaven Towers, you can sometimes move a pile with differing suits, which is against the rules. In Canfield, if you use the original rules dealing packets of three cards, (the switch, unlike other games, is not sticky for some reason) and use the undo button, the cards go backwards one by one, instead of packets of threes. The recently introduced change from unlimited undos to a specified number, whereby using more than that number is "cheating", is laughable: going backwards at all is "cheating", so why should going over a specific count be cheating , but less than the count not be? For all my complaints I have had hours of fun out of these games; I only wish they were better constructed. ### 5/5 — Nice Update *2014-12-31, version 2.6* This app just got better. Nice to be able to buy the Pyramid pack for $1.99 as you can buy the packs of cards that you like to play. Probably my most used app. All of my favorite card games right in my hand. Flash a blank screen the disappears. ### 1/5 — Too frustrating *2015-07-01, version 2.5.3* Had to remove this app. Because it only works when you're online... and there are many times you are not as when traveling... you get dropped or are blocked out. I don't mind the ads when online but, unlike a news feed, I expect a simple, repetitive game to work during those times when I can't get a connection. So it's gone, replaced by something more dependable. This new version goes back immediately to the display page and does not work at all. If it is free, why not allow us to play it offline? You have just lost all your admirers by adding only online due to ads. This is not the way to build a following. Also lots of commercials. Loved it very much, but now it's kind of enoying. ### 2/5 — No way to report bug *2011-09-09, version 2.3* Very nice selection of games. The one I've become addicted to is called "hemispheres" but it's frustrated because fairly often there will be a card missing from the deal so it's unwinable. Not sure if any of the other games experience this card missing bug, as I don't play them enough.
